Course Content (English)
Theory and concepts related to Information Systems and Electronic Business. Focus on the business systems applications enterprise architecture that support the both the front office and the back office of business digital operation. In depth knowledge and methods of the design, evaluation, and promotion of digital products and services. The main modules of the course include: Introduction to e-business and e-commerce, Business Systems Applications Architecture with an emphasis on digital business, Concept and importance of e-entrepreneurship, Digital products and services - characteristics and business models, Products and services with an emphasis on e-commerce, SWOT analysis with an emphasis on e-business, Customer relationship management, Establishing and valuing customer loyalty, Branding, Implementing and valuing digital business practices, Creating digital products and services with evaluation, Identifying potential customers and use cases for digital products and services, Case studies and Practical application of knowledge.
